Where we deliver
Anywhere in India. We do not ship internationally at present.
Cost and timing
- Delivery charge
- ₹79 on orders under ₹2,000. Free at or above it. Charged once per order, however many parcels it arrives in.

- Within 2 working days of payment.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Where an order contains work from more than one maker it ships as more than one parcel, arriving on different days at no extra charge.
Tracking
Every order, and each parcel within it, is tracked on your orders page — on the website and in the app. The tracking number appears once the parcel is handed to the courier.
If something goes wrong
- Delivered but not received: tell us within 48 hours of the delivery scan, while the courier still holds the evidence.
- Damaged in transit: photograph the packaging before opening it, and contact us the same day.
- Wrong address: we can usually correct it before dispatch. After dispatch we cannot recall a parcel.
