Terms of Service

You and Warisoft Technologies Private Limited, trading as KoshurWaan. You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872.

Your account is personal to you and you are responsible for what happens through it. We may close an account used fraudulently or abusively.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is made when your payment is confirmed and the order appears as placed in your account. Until then there is no contract, and we may decline the order — if the item has sold out, if the price or description was published in error, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

An unpaid order is held for 30 minutes, then cancelled automatically and the stock released.

• All prices are in Indian rupees, and include any taxes that apply. The price you see is the price you pay.
• Delivery is ₹79 under ₹2,000 and free at or above it, shown before you pay.
• Prepaid only, through Razorpay. No cash on delivery, and we never see your card or UPI credentials.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch; you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Set out in the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, both of which form part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Everything we sell is made by hand, so weave, dye lot and painted detail differ from piece to piece. Reasonable variation is a property of the craft, not a defect. A genuine fault always is.

A review is published with the first name on your account; posting one gives us a licence to display it. Reviews must be your own honest experience of an item you bought. We remove content that is unlawful, abusive or posted to manipulate ratings — we do not remove a review for being critical.

The KoshurWaan name, our photography and our product writing are ours. Do not scrape the catalog, place automated orders, or republish our content commercially.

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Where we are at fault, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect loss or for delays outside our reasonable control. None of this limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Srinagar have exclusive jurisdiction — without prejudice to any consumer forum you may approach. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
